Cellular phones
Using your cellular phone is permitted on any train and bus services. Passengers estimate the consideration.

Bicycles
Train services operated by BDe 8/8 railcars provide a baggage compartment with suitable bicycle hooks is in the center. Services operated by Be 4/8 railcars offer space at each entrance area for two bicycles. For the transport of bicycles, there must be solved the same ticket as the driver owns. (or Bicycle daily-card for CHF 15.- or CHF 10.- with the Half-Fare-Card).

Toilets
For hygenic reasons and regarding the short travel time, our trains have no sanitary installations.

Journey assistance
We welcome customers with specific needs or who require extra assistance when they are travelling by train. We can:

- provide rail information
- arrange mobility assistance
- provide help getting on and off trains and buses

Smoking in strictly forbidden on any train and bus services.

Taking along of domestic animals
Domestic animals, which are transported in containers, are carried for free. For unsolicited or animals without containers, you will need a half-fare ticket.
